Delta del Po Park

Romea Family Camping rises in a magical area: we are located near Delta del Po Park, listed  by UNESCO as a world heritage site. It is a protected area stretching across 54,000 hectares, which descends from Veneto to Ravenna. From our campsite in Marina di Romea you can admire woods, salt marshes, pine groves and sand dunes, as well as a broad variety of fauna. Here you will admire numerous species of birds, including pink flamingos and the red heron. A true paradise for bird watchers!

Inside the park you can take pleasant day trips plunged into nature, following itineraries and paths that wind inside. On foot, on horseback, by bike, by boat or by motorboat ... there are plenty of possibilities. You can benefit from handy reception points, ideal for obtaining the necessary tourist information. In addition to this, you can also admire the several historical monuments located nearby, such as the Abbey of Pomposa, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe and the house that where Giuseppe and Anita Garibaldi took shelter.
